- Maintaining mechanical and electrical building installations in office buildings, hospitals, universities, etc.;
- Troubleshooting HVAC, pumps, boilers, and sanitary systems;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Document inspections and prepare reports on the condition of installations;
- Coordinate work with other technicians or outside parties, such as installers or suppliers;
- Work on hot water systems, refrigeration systems, ventilation systems, HVAC systems, heating systems, sanitation systems, lighting systems, security systems, power supply, communication systems and climate control systems.
What are you bringing in?
- You have at least a completed technical education at MBO level;
- Experience as an allround technician and with the maintenance of building-related installations;
- Experienced in troubleshooting (complex) mechanical and electrical engineering failures;
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Experience coordinating work of other technicians and/or outside parties;
- You possess a valid driver's license.
