One of our clients, an engineering company that works on a project basis, is looking for a mechanical design engineer.What are you going to do as Mechanical design engineer?
- Preparation of mechanical engineering drawings of machines and components;
- Calculation of forces for structures and machines;
- Translating customer requirement into functional design;
- Select and manage mechanical components (library);
- Work according to safety standards and machine guidelines;
- Collaborate with your internal team as well as the customer;
What are you bringing in?
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks;
- Knowledge of mechanics, materials science, and/or thermodynamics;
- Knowledge of norms & industry standards;
- Project management skills;
- Problem solving & adaptability;
- A valid driver’s license.
