- Maintaining mechanical building installations in office buildings, hospitals, universities, etc.
- Troubleshooting HVAC, pumps, boilers and plumbing;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Document inspections and prepare reports on the condition of installations;
- Coordinate work with other technicians or outside parties, such as installers or suppliers;
- Work on hot water systems, refrigeration systems, ventilation systems, HVAC systems, heating systems, and plumbing systems.
What are you bringing in?
- You have at least a completed technical education at the secondary school level;
- Experience as a mechanical engineer and with maintenance of building services systems;
- Experienced in troubleshooting (complex) mechanical failures;
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Experience coordinating work of other technicians and/or outside parties;
- You have a valid B driver's license.
